AC TAP
SINCE AT LEAST THE 60'S
The history of AC Tap is a bit foggy, but it at least goes back to the 1960’s, when one of its patrons may have mysteriously gone missing under dubious circumstances – the case remains unsolved.
Considered to be “in the middle of nowhere”, the Tap has historically been a farmer’s bar. Today, you’ll still find the occasional farmer along with mostly locals and a few tourists who find their way in.
It’s a go-to spot for local foodies in need of late night bites, with a special “after 11pm” food menu. If you want to try an authentic Wisconsin tavern fish fry, you’ve found your spot.
