**2022 LAST SEASON ALERT** Parador announced that 2022 will be their last season and will close its doors on Saturday, September 3.

Parador, one of Door County’s most unique dining experiences, focuses on two things: tapas and sangria.  Both are always proudly made-from-scratch. Do as the Spanish do and order a variety of these small plates for the table – exploring the spectrum of complementary flavors designed to sample and share.  Bonus: this Spanish adventure is a lovely 5-minute stroll from Egg Cottage.  No car required.

BEST FOR: Experimental fun evenings when maybe a few shared dishes will do the trick.  (A few more will certainly provide a full meal.)

Parador aims to adopt both the tantalizing foods and attitudes of Spain.  Larry and Rebecca, who were inspired by a 2010 trip to Spain (and nearly annual returns) have designed a lovely dining experience where diners can settle in, indulge in long conversations underlined with slow wine or sangria sipping, while enjoying some of Door County’s best small plates. And have no fear, the expert staff will guide you through your journey with suggestions sure to please all palates.

INSIDER TIP #1: For a front seat to the action on a busy night or the opportunity to make a new friend belly up to the bar, where the full menu is also available.

INSIDER TIP #2: If you’re looking for an intimate evening, request a table downstairs or outside (perfect on a warm summer evening), as it can get a bit loud and hard to hear upstairs.  Great for a bigger party, but less so for romantic dining.

INSIDER TIP #2: The menu is updated monthly, so check for new items along with old favorites. Explore and have fun!

BONUS:  5-Minute walk from Egg Cottage!
