AMENITIES

Featuring a screened gazebo with a nap-friendly daybed and a dining area, an expansive wood deck, several outdoor seating areas and a 2-person hammock with a view - the only problem you'll have is trying to figure out where you want to relax. The cottage offers an open floor plan with 1350 sq ft of living space. There's one queen bedroom downstairs (the original living room), a bathroom with walk-in shower and a washer and dryer, a full kitchen with breakfast bar, a dining area and a comfy living room with a 58" Smart TV and a decorative (non-functioning) stone fireplace. Upstairs, there's a queen bedroom with vaulted ceilings, a dressing area and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Access to your Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime and YouTube accounts. Up to 22 local channels are available depending on the weather.

24-Hour Check in

Arrive at your leisure and according to your schedule, anytime after 4:00pm. On your arrival day, we'll text (or call) with your unique front door code when the cottage is ready for you.

Parking

Three standard-size driveway parking spots: one covered parking spot and two additional spots.

Full Kitchen

Everything you need to whip up the perfect meal or signature drink: full size fridge, range, dishwasher, microwave, blender, hand mixer, toaster, dishes, glasses, cookware. Bon Appetit!

Heat & Air Conditioning

Zoned Climate Controlled AC & Heat. Adjust each room according to your preferences - set the temperatures to be a bit cooler in the bedrooms, for example.

Coffee & Tea

Good Morning! We love our hot beverages. Enjoy the use of the Keurig, French Press, "regular" Bunn 10-cup drip coffeemaker, hot water kettle, tea pot and coffee beans grinder. Cheers!

Wine, etc.

The tools you need to serve your favorite sunset drink. Plenty of beautiful long-stemmed wine glasses, beer glasses, a wine ice bucket, wine opener, foil cutter, wine stoppers, bottle opener, blender, and automatic ice maker in fridge.
